New Beginning's

Harly had New Beginnings back in January for Young Women's. I just barely found the pics that Dayson put on a memory stick for me.

So this is her "big sis" Kaeli. She's my best friend's daughter and is such a sweetie! Harly adores and looks up to Kaeli!

Harly with her friend Katie who is also in Young Women's now

Court of Honor

Carson was the "Master of Ceremonies" for our last court of honor. This was his last item to finish his Communications merit badge.

Clayton earned 2 new merit badges including the 50 miler again...canoe trip!

I'm not sure what was so funny but Carson also earned 4 new merit badges and his 50 miler again.

Carson also earned his Life Scout and is ready to start working on his Eagle!

Dayson also earned the 50 miler merit badge

Dayson's friend Bryan also went on the canoe trip and he too earned the 50 miler merit badge

These boys have been working really hard this last year. They have their Eagle project lined up and both should be Eagle Scout's by the end of the year!

First Four Days in July

 Slade Family Reunion

This year my grandpa's family was in charge of the Slade family reunion. It is held every other year at Ramsey Park in Eagar. We were suppose to have it last year but because of the Wallow Fire it was postponed until this year.

This is a picture with my Grandma Slade and her grandkids and great grand kids who showed up at the reunion. This isn't even half!

We had tug a war games and this is our boys on the right...Clayton, Ryan, Colten (friend), Issaic and Zack

Our little boys: Lori's son, Aarron, Jagger, Darwin's son, and Nash....Harly is trying to get Adam to join in too....he didn't like the rope because it hurt his hands!

Our big boys: Dayson, Darin, Kelly (cousin), Bryan Holmes (friend) and John

The big girls decided to take a turn: Chynna (cousin), Rita, Kim and Jamie in the back

Kelly and Christie in the front

We ROCKED it! It was awesome!

little kids again: Deanna, Daycee and Gunner

Nash and Gunner watching the Tug A War!

Kate, Deanna and Daycee watching too!

This is my uncle Melvin and aunt Cindy. He is my mom's baby brother and #5 of 9 kids. He looks rough on the outside but is the sweetest uncle I have! He rides a Harley Davidson and has more tattoo's than I have kids! He's drives trains for a living and lives in Texas. We love when he comes in to town to visit us...I hope he moves here some day!

My aunt Pam is my mom's oldest sister and it was always a tradition of my grandpa to buy each of grand kids a Dilly Bar from DQ. So my aunt wanted to carry on the tradition and brought some to my house. She is awesome and I love her too!

My uncle Melvin promised Harly he would let her take a picture on his Harley.....so we did!

 ....and so did everybody else!

Wellman Family Time

My dad was finally awarded his trophy for catching 2 fish at our Father's Day fishing trip!

After the reunion we went back to Rita and John's house and rode horses.

I love this picture....Cammie and Clayton looked like they were texting each other....too funny!

Bridal Shower

Rita put on Christie's bridal shower while all of her family was in town. It turned out really good and everyone pitched in to make it beautiful!

Christie with her sisters and cousins minus Cammie and Macy

4th of July
I love the 4th of July! Everyone tries to wear as much red, white and blue....and I think we did a pretty good job at it!

This year I was in charge of making the Boy Scout float. My friend Ginger helped me decorate it and her and her husband drove the truck for me. Thanks Brian and Ginger your awesome!

This is a picture of Carson and Colten throwing water balloons at our family. I told them they could only throw balloons at people they know!
.....Family reunion, Bridal Shower, 4th of July Boy Scout float and BBQ, 5 new puppies (only two of them ours) 13 kids and 5 adults in my house and Dayson working everyday except one.......

This was probably one of the busiest weeks of my life! I knew it was coming for a long time and dreaded the work but was looking forward to the best company in the world!

Our fireworks were postponed and we will get to enjoy them on Saturday.

Happy Birthday America!
